Eine schriftliche Bestätigung ist nur bei Anmeldung per E-Mail möglich,

aber wir geben gerne Auskunft bei telefonischen Anfragen.

Grundsätzlich sind auch Anmeldungen auf der Messe noch möglich,

sofern der Workshop noch nicht ausgebucht ist.

Workshop und Zahlungsbedingungen:
Workshop-Anmeldungen sind verbindlich. Nicht Erscheinen entbindet nicht von der Zahlungspflicht. Ein Platz wird nur dann zuverlässig reserviert, wenn die Anmeldung schriftlich vorliegt und die Workshop-Gebühr vollständig entrichtet wurde. Bei Überweisungen nach dem 9. Juni 2023 muss der Bankbeleg vorgewiesen werden.

 Kann ein Workshop-Teilnehmer aus triftigen Gründen (Krankheit

mit ärztl. Attest) nicht teilnehmen, ist ein Rücktritt bis zu 10 Tagen vor dem Workshop-Termin möglich (Rückerstattung des Betrages abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 5,00 €). Bei späteren Absagen ist eine Rückzahlung nicht möglich, jedoch kann ein Ersatzteilnehmer genannt werden. Falls ein Dozent aus schwerwiegenden Gründen einen Workshop nicht halten kann, wird ein qualifizierter Ersatzdozent gestellt oder der volle Workshop-Betrag rückerstattet. Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Haftung für Garderobe und persönliche Gegenstände der Workshop-Teilnehmer.

 Registration deadline: Workshop registrations via e-mail, mail or fax can only be processed until date of receipt 10th of June 2023

 (presentation of bank receipt after 9th of June 2023 required).

A written confirmation is possible only with registration by e-mail, but we are happy to provide information by phone.

In principle, registration at the fair is still possible if the workshop is not fully booked yet.

 Workshop and payment conditions:

Registrations are a firm commitment. Non-appearance does not remove the obligation to pay. A workshop spot is reserved reliably only if the application is received in writing and the workshop fee has been paid in full. For transfers after the 09th of June2023 bank receipt must be presented.

 A cancellation is only possible 10 days before the date of the workshop and only if you have a valid reason (medical certificate) not to participate (full refund minus a 5€ administrative charge). Delayed cancellations can't be refunded but you may name an alternative participant. If the teacher is not able to teach a workshop, we will find a qualified substitute, or you will receive full refund. We will assume no liability for your personal belongings
